Tickets are lost upon player death, after a complete bleed-out.
Flags are not captured unless the capturing team has the player majority within the capzone.
Unlike previous titles, flags are captured quicker if players are standing closer to the flag. This can outweigh a playercount majority.

Players have 100 health. Players die when their health reaches zero. A player will still be alive as long as health is greater than zero, even if it is 0.01.
Without medical assistance, players regenerate 30 heath by default. Players independently regenerate health a rate of 20 hp/second, starting 10 seconds after last receiving damage.
When killed, players enter a "downed" state and have the choice to bleed out, hold on, or do nothing. By default, doing nothing returns the player to the spawn screen in 8 seconds. If a player chooses to bleed out, they will be returned to the spawn screen in as fast as 2.5 seconds. Alternatively, should a player choose to hold on, they can remain in the downed state for up to 25.6 seconds.
